Welcome to AKASHA. By using this site, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. General

This site is operated by Rami Uriel Palombo (hereinafter: "AKASHA"), located at Derech Ha'atzmaut 28, Binyamina, Israel.

2. Eligibility

Use of this site is permitted for users aged 18 and over only. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Products

AKASHA sells physical products only — prints, apparel, and accessories. Images are for illustration purposes; slight variations in color or texture may occur.

4. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise. AKASHA reserves the right to cancel an order due to pricing errors or stock issues, with a full refund issued to the customer.

5. Shipping

We currently ship to pickup points only. Delivery times are estimates. See our Shipping Policy for details.

6. Returns & Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 14 days of receipt in accordance with Israeli Consumer Protection Law. See our Refund Policy for details.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including designs, images, and text — is the exclusive property of AKASHA and is protected by copyright. No reproduction or commercial use is permitted without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

AKASHA shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or products purchased through it, beyond what is required by Israeli law.
